Do I need a prescription to come to physical therapy?

As of November 2019, you no longer need a prescription to come to physical therapy.  You can come for 10 consecutive days with no prescription. You will need to fill out a disclosure form that states the physical therapy diagnosis is not based on imaging findings. Don't worry, we have the forms here at the clinic for you.

How much does physical therapy cost?

We accept almost all insurances and can try to get in network with any insurance carriers that we do not have.  We also accept Care Credit.  If you do not have insurance our cash prices are $125 for the Initial Evaluation and $100 for follow up visits.

How long do appointments usually last?

Our appointments usually last 45 minutes to 1 hour; however, we want to make sure you get a great treatment.  If we need to go over by a few minutes we will!  If you are on a time restriction or need to get out of an appointment by a certain time, just let us know at the start of your treatment and we will get you all fixed up in time.

What if my script is for Memorial Hermann, can I still come here?  Do I need to get a new script?

You do not need a new prescription to be seen by us.  We can accept any prescription for physical therapy.  Even if the scipt is written for Memorial Hermann, Methodist, or any other physical therapy clinic, we can still accept it here.
