Julia McDonough, PT, DPT, MTC graduated from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.  She continued her pursuit for knowledge and attended the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in St. Augustine, FL.  She graduated in 2008 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy.  She is also a certified manual therapist.  She enjoys outdoor activities including marathons, triathlons, and going to the beach.

Our founders, Dr. Brian and Julia McDonough, have more than 12 years of healthcare experience.  

We are therapists that base our success on our patients' long-term good health. We believe in personalized care based on your health concerns.

We are a family run physical therapy clinic providing physical therapy services in multiple locations.  We try to give our patients the best care possible on an individual basis.  We provide only one-on-one care to maximize every visit and give the patients the attention they deserve.

Charlie is a native Texan, growing up predominantly in the Cypress area. She graduated from The University of Houston with a degree in Health Promotions and a secondary focus in Human Biology. Her passion for physical therapy stems from personal successes with injury and surgery rehabs, as well as the unique climate physical therapy offers in patient care and wellness. She enjoys baseball, outdoor activities, music and baking.

Kelly Hester, PTA, attended Pima Medical Institute and graduated in December 2020 after earning her NASM Personal Trainer Certification in 2018. She is eager to utilize her skills for the healing of patients. Throughout her schooling and externships, she thoroughly enjoyed seeing how physical therapy can benefit others.  In her spare time, she likes being outdoors and reading. 

Brian McDonough, PT, DPT, MTC became interested in Physical Therapy after suffering from two football injuries in high school, both requiring surgery and rehab. Overjoyed by his own recovery, Brian decided to make it his life’s goal to help others recover as well as he did. Brian attended the University of New Orleans in New Orleans, LA where he received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology. Following hurricane Katrina, he went on to complete his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in St. Augustine, FL. He is a certified manual therapist who specializes in the evaluation and treatment of orthopedic and sports specific impairments. In his spare time, he enjoys an active lifestyle including softball, marathons, and triathlons.
